Returns & Exchanges
While we hope that you will be satisfied with your recent order, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, we will be happy to do so provided that:
- We receive written notification within 14 days from the receipt of your order at email@example.com. Please specify your order number, name and item(s) that you wish to return or exchange.
- All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused with all tags and packaging intact.
- It is your responsibility to pay for orders returned. We will not be held liable for the loss of goods being returned.
- In the case that you do not take reasonable care of returned products, or there are signs of the product having been worn, the order will not be cancelled and items may be sent back at your own expense.
We will be happy to offer you a refund for items that have manufacturing faults or are not of satisfactory quality, with the only exceptions being a fault purely caused by rough treatment or accidents. We will provide refunds to customers who return products unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags and hygiene protective strip still attached.
Once we have received the goods in the case of returns, a full refund of the price of the goods will be made by bank transfer to an account specified by the customer. We will inform you in writing when the payment has been made. Please allow 15 days for the transaction.
Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip or they will not be accepted.
Please note that final sale items belonging to a season that is not available online anymore are not eligible for a return.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.
An item can only be exchanged for the same one in a different size or for a different item that is of equal or higher value.
